Kathleen House

Kathleen House accommodates up to 15 people with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder, and dementia, offering both long-term and respite care. During the inspection, people appeared comfortable and relaxed with staff, and their relatives confirmed they felt safe. Staff demonstrated knowledge of safety procedures and risk minimisation strategies. The care team provided person-centred support tailored to individual needs, with inspectors observing staff showing genuine care and interest in the people they supported.
