Vale Lodge Residential Home

Vale Lodge is a residential care home providing personal care to 19 people aged 65 and over. The service can support up to 20 people across two floors, with communal lounge, dining room and garden facilities.

People are safe at the home, with staff recruited safely and safeguarding processes in place to protect residents from abuse. Risks associated with care have been assessed and staff receive clear guidance. Care plans are detailed and person-centred, with evidence that people and their relatives are consulted about care preferences. Residents are supported to take their medicines as prescribed, with other health and wellbeing risks properly managed.
