IOTA Care

Park View is a residential care home providing personal care and support for up to three people with learning disabilities and/or autistic spectrum disorder. At the time of inspection, two people were living at the service.

The registered manager demonstrated knowledge of the individual risks facing residents and staff members with specific health needs. However, individual risk assessments had not been formally documented. Following the inspection, the registered manager confirmed that these assessments were being completed and recorded.
