Tigh Lenach

Tigh Lenach provides personal care for up to six younger adults with learning disabilities and autism. Staff are trained in safeguarding and knowledgeable about abuse reporting procedures, ensuring people are protected from risk and discrimination. There are sufficient staffing levels to meet residents' needs.

The home maintains detailed risk assessments and mitigation plans for each person. Residents have individualised behavioural support plans and receive proactive support to prevent incidents. When necessary, safe restraint techniques are used to protect people's wellbeing.
