About Mayfield House
Manon House provides personal care for up to six people with mental health needs. At the time of inspection, three people were using the service.
People remained safe, with staff demonstrating knowledge of safeguarding procedures and how to report concerns appropriately. Risks were identified during assessment and care planning, with management strategies in place to help staff identify triggers for challenging behaviours and support people effectively. Staffing levels were sufficient to meet residents' needs.
