Tigh Sogan

Tigh Sogan supports up to six young male adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, all of whom have complex needs. The service was at full capacity during the inspection, providing personal care and accommodation but not nursing care.

The home had improved significantly since the last inspection in October 2015, when it was rated Good. Staff demonstrated strong person-centered practices, with inspectors observing meaningful interactions and activities tailored to individual needs. Residents were engaged in employment, education, and community activities suited to their abilities and interests.
