Langley Oaks Care Home provides accommodation, personal care and support for older people living with dementia, mental health needs and physical disabilities, and specialises in dementia care. It cared for 40 people at the time of the assessment. The CQC rated the home good overall, finding staff kind, caring and effective, and working well with health services, though safety required improvement.

Inspectors found breaches relating to safe care and treatment, staffing and governance, with gaps in documentation that meant accurate records could not always be assured. Some relatives felt activities were not always inclusive or dementia friendly, and not everyone had seen or been involved in care plans. People and relatives generally praised the kindness of staff and quality of care.
