Addington House provides accommodation and personal care support for up to six adults with learning disabilities and autism. At inspection, five people were using the service. The home is designed to enable residents to live full lives with control, choice, and independence, providing planned and person-centred support tailored to individual needs.

People are safe at the service. Staff have received safeguarding training and understand the signs of abuse and how to report concerns appropriately. Sufficient staff are on duty to meet residents' needs, and the provider follows safe recruitment practices.

Risk assessments are completed for each person with management plans in place to address identified risks.
