Burghley provides personal care for adults of all ages with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder, and mental health conditions. At inspection, three people were receiving support at the service. Staff demonstrated competence in safeguarding procedures and understood how to raise concerns appropriately.

Risk assessments were in place to manage risks in people's lives, and staffing levels matched assessed needs with staff receiving training to support people effectively.

Medicines were stored safely with correct administration records maintained. Recruitment procedures included appropriate pre-employment checks. People received safe care with their nutritional needs supported, and person-centred support was tailored to be appropriate and inclusive for each individual.
