Inspectors identified gaps in auditing, incident analysis and record keeping, along with concerns about the environment, hygiene practice and staff availability during care rounds.

On the positive side, inspectors found people felt safe and cared for, describing warm relationships with staff. Safeguarding training and policies were up to date, and people and relatives were involved in care planning. Leadership was open to feedback but had not yet shown that improvements made were sustainable.
