The Woodlands

The Woodlands accommodates up to six people with learning disabilities and/or autism. At the time of inspection, all six available places were occupied.

Staff receive strong support from the registered manager and provider, including access to a confidential wellbeing support line during periods of anxiety. The provider recognises staff contributions through awards and a monthly raffle offering gifts to boost morale. The home prioritises maintaining residents' family connections through various methods, including video calls when in-person visits aren't possible.
