Staff demonstrated exceptional knowledge of residents and provided kind, caring support in a welcoming and homely environment. Residents reported feeling safe and content. Inspectors observed that trained staff treated people with dignity and respect throughout their daily interactions. Staff understood safeguarding procedures, knew how to recognise signs of abuse, and were confident that any concerns raised would be handled appropriately. Risk assessments were in place for residents and regularly reviewed and updated. Medicine management systems were established.
