Kingsley Rest Home

Kingsley Rest Home provides personal care to up to 21 older adults, some living with dementia, with 20 people currently using the service. People are safeguarded from abuse and avoidable harm, with the provider assessing risks to ensure safety. There are sufficient staff numbers and safe recruitment processes in place. People receive their medicines safely, and staff follow safe infection prevention and control practices. The provider learns lessons when things go wrong.
