The Wolds Care Centre

This care home accommodates up to 66 people requiring nursing or personal care, including older people and those living with dementia. Accommodation is arranged over two floors in four separate units with shared communal facilities.

A newly appointed manager, in post for approximately three weeks, is working systematically to improve service delivery with support from her line manager and senior colleagues. Staff describe her as easy to work with and appreciate her open leadership style. She has responded positively to feedback.

The home requires further improvements in several areas including medicines management and staffing.
