This care home provides accommodation and personal care for people with dementia, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and physical disabilities across two separate buildings, supporting up to 40 residents. At the time of inspection, 28 people were living at the service.

Residents were found to be safe, with risks properly assessed and managed. Staff were caring and appropriately trained for their roles, with safe recruitment practices in place and sufficient numbers to meet people's needs. Medicines were well managed and infection prevention and control practices were followed consistently. Care was person-centred, with staff knowing residents well and supporting them to maintain independence and choice in their daily lives, whilst treating them with respect and adopting the least restrictive approach possible.
