South Wold Nursing Home

South Wold Nursing Home provides nursing and residential care for up to 16 older people, including those living with dementia. At the time of the assessment, 15 people were living there. The CQC rated the service good overall, maintaining its previous rating.

Inspectors found a positive learning culture, with staff kept up to date on changes to people's care and well trained to meet their needs. People and their families described staff as kind, caring and respectful, and said the registered manager was approachable. Care was personalised, risks were managed well, and people felt safe and involved in decisions about their support.
