Meadows Park Care Home

Meadow Park Care Home provides residential care and accommodation to up to 66 people, including older adults and those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 40 people were using the service.

People living at the home are safe, with systems in place to safeguard residents from abuse and manage safety risks effectively. Staff receive appropriate training for their roles, and both environmental and personal risk assessments are conducted with identified measures to reduce risks. The service has faced staffing and recruitment challenges during the past year, similar to many care homes.
