The Tides

The Tides provides accommodation and personal care for up to eight people with learning and physical disabilities. Staff demonstrate exceptional commitment and knowledge of the people they support, expressing genuine care and affection whilst working to enable residents to share their views and live as independently as possible. Care is highly personalised, with detailed individual risk assessments ensuring people are supported safely while maintaining autonomy.

Recent redecoration and adaptations have positively impacted residents' wellbeing, reducing instances of anxiety and agitation. The management team is approachable and supportive, enabling staff to feel well-equipped in their roles. The home works collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure people receive comprehensive care and support tailored to their individual needs.
