Park Lodge Residential Care Home

Park Lodge Residential Care Home provides personal care to up to 17 people aged 65 and over. At the time of inspection, 14 people were living there. People felt safe, with risks properly assessed and managed. Medicines were handled safely, premises were clean and well-maintained, and there were sufficient staff to meet people's care needs. Staff understood how to recognise and report abuse.

Residents were happy with their care and appeared comfortable and relaxed. They enjoyed the food provided and felt their dietary requirements and preferences were respected. People received support to manage their health and access healthcare services. Staff were well supported through training and supervision.
