The Rambles Care Home

The Rambles accommodates up to six people with a learning disability, with four residents living there at the time of inspection. Staff undergo background checks before employment and the home maintains adequate staffing levels with carers who know residents well. Care plans include risk assessments and important information tailored to each individual's needs.

Residents have access to communication aids and hospital passports to support their care and safety.
