The home maintains exceptionally clean premises with enhanced cleaning programmes and rigorous infection control measures. Staff receive training in infection prevention and control, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and have access to sufficient supplies.

When introducing PPE, staff take time to explain changes to residents using easy-to-read, picture-based information to support their understanding. Hand washing guidance and infection prevention protocols are consistently followed to keep people safe.
