Residents receive medicines as prescribed and staff arrange and support health appointments as needed.

Staff demonstrate strong safeguarding awareness and understand how to recognise and report abuse concerns. Residents reported feeling safe in the home. Infection prevention and control measures are implemented effectively, with staff using appropriate personal protective equipment and maintaining regular cleaning schedules.
