The Moors

The Moors provides personal care to five younger adults with learning disabilities and autism across two adapted buildings—four people in the main house and one in an annexe. The service operates in a family-sized house within a residential area.

Inspectors found concerns with medicines management. Best practice guidance was not consistently followed, and when people received medicines on an as-needed basis, proper protocols were not in place. Health and safety audits were also not consistently completed in accordance with best practice guidance.
