Solden Hill House provides residential care for adults with learning disabilities across two separate buildings: Apps House and Solden Hill House. At the time of inspection, the service supported 21 residents in these homes, plus an additional 9 people through two supported living services on the site called Giles House and The Lodges.

Staff demonstrated strong safeguarding awareness and understood their responsibilities to keep people safe. The service maintained adequate staffing levels and deployed staff flexibly to meet residents' needs. People were encouraged to take positive risks as part of their care.

Medicines were administered safely and in line with proper procedures.
