This respite service supports people with learning and/or physical disabilities, offering emergency stays, tea visits, and overnight stays for up to five people at any time. Currently 19 people access the service, including two living there as emergency placements. The five-bedroomed property has been made more homely and welcoming, with the registered manager developing a sensory room for activities.

Staff match people staying together to help them enjoy each other's company, as daily occupancy varies. People receive personalised care tailored to their individual needs and preferences, with staff trained to identify and respond to concerns about harm, abuse, or discrimination. The service has adequate staffing levels to provide necessary support for residents.
