The Meadows

The Meadows provides short stay and respite care for adults with learning disabilities and autism, some of whom also have physical disabilities. The home is registered to accommodate a maximum of 12 people, with eight residents living there at the time of inspection. The service is designed to support people in living meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence, offering planned and person-centred support tailored to individual needs. The home is a large property, bigger than a typical domestic dwelling, and shares a building with other services managed by the same provider, each with separate entrances.
