Infection prevention and control practices in the kitchen area and personal protective equipment use also require improvement.

Medicines management has progressed positively, with people receiving prescribed medications as intended and staff receiving regular training and competence checks. Residents and their relatives consistently describe staff as kind and caring, and report feeling safe within the home.
