Riversdale Nursing Home

On a more positive note, the CQC found staff were well trained, supported and treated people kindly, with positive interactions observed. Most people and relatives felt well cared for, though some felt leaders were not visible and wanted more involvement in care planning and activities. The provider must submit an action plan to address the breaches identified.
