The Court

The Court is a residential care home providing personal care to people, some of whom are living with dementia. Inspectors found the service requires improvement, with shortfalls identified across all areas assessed, including how care is delivered, managed and monitored. The CQC has told the home how it must improve.

Despite this, feedback from residents and families was largely positive. Relatives described staff as well trained, attentive and easy to approach with concerns, and praised recent refurbishment and improvements to the home's environment, noting it was clean and well maintained.
