The Homesteads

The Homesteads accommodates eight people with learning disabilities. Staff numbers are sufficient to meet residents' needs and keep them safe. Health and wellbeing needs are regularly assessed and reviewed to minimise risks. The service has robust medication management processes and ensures all staff undergo appropriate recruitment checks before employment.

Residents are supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff adopting the least restrictive approach possible. The policies and systems in place support this practice throughout the service.
