Ashview

Ashview is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 13 people, including those with a physical disability, a learning disability and autistic people. At the time of the assessment, 8 people were being supported. The service was previously rated inadequate, but inspectors found significant improvements had been made and it is now rated good overall.

People and their relatives told inspectors they felt safe, and staff showed a good understanding of supporting people to manage risks. The environment and bedrooms had been improved, meaningful activities were taking place, and people felt listened to and involved in shaping the service they lived in.
