The Grange Residential Home

The Grange Nursing & Residential Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 50 younger and older adults with dementia, physical disability or sensory impairment. At inspection, 40 residents were living at the service. Risk is effectively managed through measures such as pressure relieving equipment to prevent pressure sores and movement sensors for those at risk of falling. Accidents and incidents are recorded and investigated thoroughly.

People feel safe at the home and are confident speaking to managers and staff about their concerns. The service maintains clean and hygienic standards, with staff following national guidelines for infection prevention.
