The home has systems and processes in place to safeguard people from potential harm. Staff complete training about safeguarding and understand how to identify and report abuse. Risks to residents are assessed and measures implemented to reduce them.

People are supported by sufficient numbers of staff to meet their needs and keep them safe. Residents receive their medicines safely and as prescribed, with staff understanding their responsibilities and following safe procedures.
