Kibworth Knoll accommodates up to 36 people in a two-storey residential home, with 33 residents living there at the time of inspection. Staff had received training in Covid-19 and Infection Prevention and Control practices, with policies and government guidance readily accessible to all team members. The registered manager shared information with staff regularly to ensure they remained updated. Personal protective equipment was available throughout the service in various areas, and the manager confirmed that staff were using PPE appropriately to protect residents and themselves.
