The Grange, Liss

The Grange, in Hampshire, is a residential care home supporting people with a learning disability and autistic people. It cared for 14 people at the time of the assessment and is now rated Good overall. The CQC had previously found breaches concerning dignity, safeguarding, person-centred care, premises and governance, but this inspection found these had been resolved.

Inspectors found staff were kind, well trained and supported people safely, with medicines managed properly and risks assessed appropriately. Relatives told the CQC they felt confident their loved ones were safe, happy and well cared for, and described the management team as approachable and responsive to concerns.
