The CQC had previously found breaches concerning dignity, safeguarding, person-centred care, premises and governance, but this inspection found these had been resolved.

Inspectors found staff were kind, well trained and supported people safely, with medicines managed properly and risks assessed appropriately. Relatives told the CQC they felt confident their loved ones were safe, happy and well cared for, and described the management team as approachable and responsive to concerns.
