St Magnus Hospital and St Magnus Nursing

St Magnus Nursing is a mental health nursing service accommodating up to 61 individuals across three units: East and West Wings of Rosemary Park and Courtyard unit. It provides specialist care to older people, predominantly men, with behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia, cognitive impairment, and enduring mental illness. At inspection, 49 people were using the service.

Staff demonstrated person-centred care, understanding individual risks and tailoring support accordingly. People received care that reflected their specific needs and circumstances, with staff members showing knowledge of the individuals they supported.
