Eastfield Nursing Home

Eastfield Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 52 older people, including those living with dementia or physical disabilities. At inspection, 48 residents were living in the home.

People are safe and protected from avoidable harm and abuse. The home has processes to manage medicines safely and has adapted its infection control measures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Staff support residents to keep themselves and their belongings secure.

The service is managed and led well, with leadership and culture that promote high-quality, person-centred care. The provider has demonstrated clear improvements in how the service is managed.
