Bramshott Grange

Bramshott Grange is a nursing home in Hampshire providing personal care and accommodation for up to 67 people, including nursing care needs. The CQC carried out a responsive assessment after concerns were raised and rated the service Good overall, though well-led was rated Requires Improvement due to a breach of regulation around governance.

Inspectors found shortfalls in medicines governance, incomplete care and medicines records, weak oversight of staff training, and failures to share legally required information with the CQC. Despite this, people and relatives gave positive feedback, describing staff as kind and caring, and said risks were well managed. Leaders were described as visible and committed to improvement, and had already begun addressing the issues identified.
