The Evergreens Care Centre

The Evergreens Care Centre provides personal and nursing care for up to 43 residents across two floors, with the first floor offering nursing care and the ground floor providing residential care. At the time of inspection, 28 people were living at the service.

Residents and their families reported significant improvements in care quality since the new management team arrived. Staff were described as kind and caring, going above and beyond in their support. People were actively involved in decisions affecting their care and living environment, including choices about décor and menu options, with families also encouraged to participate in these decisions.
