Charlton Court

Charlton Court provides personal and nursing care to up to 55 older people, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 46 people were using the service.

Staff were aware of safeguarding policies and procedures, and most followed these appropriately. However, risk assessments were carried out but staff did not always follow instructions to keep people as safe as possible. Some safeguarding concerns were being investigated by the provider and the local authority.
