Dene Park House

Staff managed risks well and were recruited safely, though staffing levels drew mixed views from people and relatives. Care was person-centred and kind, with strong links to external professionals, though some areas needed redecoration, medicines records needed further attention, and menus were being reviewed following feedback. People said they felt safe, well cared for and confident raising concerns.
