Melton House

Melton House provides personal and nursing care for up to 67 older people, including those living with dementia. The purpose-built home spans three floors and had 37 residents at the time of inspection. The registered manager had worked to increase the number of family members designated as essential care givers, enabling them to provide additional support and care even during periods of outbreak and isolation. Communication with relatives about visiting systems was well managed, with families expressing satisfaction with how the manager kept them informed about care arrangements and restrictions.
