The Children's Trust - Tadworth

The Children's Trust at Tadworth provides residential care for children and young people with profound and multiple learning disabilities, as well as rehabilitation services for those with acquired brain injury and short breaks provision. The service accommodates up to 66 children and young people across seven houses, with 50 in receipt of care at the time of inspection. Staff should ensure that care plans include detailed descriptions of one-to-one care and observations related to overnight support. Daily evaluations of each child's care need strengthening to better capture their voice, feelings and wishes, reflecting their individual experiences and preferences throughout their time at the service.
