About The Avenue Community Nursing Home
The Avenue Community Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 13 adults in one adapted house, specialising in support for people living with mental health conditions. At the time of inspection, the service was supporting 13 residents.
The home maintained high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Regular cleaning schedules were in place, and staff had plentiful supplies of personal protective equipment which they used correctly. Visitors were screened to reduce infection risk, and regular COVID-19 testing was conducted throughout the service.
