The Amwell

The Amwell is a purpose-built residential care home providing personal care to up to 88 residents aged 65 and over, including those living with physical disabilities and dementia. At inspection, 48 people were using the service. The home spans three floors with communal facilities including a bistro, salon, gym, cinema and garden, all accessible to residents. Each person has their own bedroom with en-suite bathroom, alongside shared dining rooms and lounge areas on each floor. Staff demonstrate strong safeguarding knowledge and effectively protect people from the risk of harm and abuse.
