Broadoak Grange

Broadoak Grange provides residential care and accommodation to up to 33 people across two floors, with communal lounges and dining areas. At inspection, 23 people were living at the home.

The service maintains safe staffing levels. All staff have completed training in infection prevention and control and the correct use of personal protective equipment, including proper application and removal techniques. The manager conducts regular refresher training sessions and undertakes competency checks with staff to ensure standards are maintained.
