The kitchen is accessible to all, and residents have been supported to personalise their own rooms. The provider has implemented environmental adaptations such as brighter lighting to manage trip and fall hazards while maintaining residents' independence.

Staff are appropriately skilled and knowledgeable about residents' individual communication needs, which supports positive and respectful interactions. People receive a structured lifestyle based on their own choices and preferences, with staff supporting them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests. Residents are supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives, and the home's policies and systems support this practice.
