Broadoak Lodge

Broadoak Lodge is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 27 older people, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 21 people were using the service. The home operates from one adapted building with support provided across all areas of care.

People and their relatives reported that staff met their daily needs in a timely way. Some staff expressed concerns about staffing levels during certain shifts, which led to increased staff deployment. The home maintains regular staff training and supervision, with safe recruitment processes in place to ensure appropriate staff are employed.
