Framland

Framland provides accommodation and personal care to up to 31 people aged 65 and over across two floors. At the time of inspection, 26 people were resident at the service. Staff are experienced and qualified, with good knowledge of individuals' needs. Care is personalised, with staff described as kind and considerate, supporting people to have maximum choice and control over their lives in the least restrictive ways possible. Care plans and risk assessments accurately reflect people's needs, and staff respond promptly when circumstances change to maintain health and wellbeing.

The service has robust systems to manage risks safely. Medicines are administered correctly, accidents and incidents are reported, and lessons are learned when issues arise. Infection prevention and control procedures protect people from avoidable harm and infectious diseases. The registered manager and provider maintain transparent practices, with systems in place to ensure people consistently receive quality care.
