About Thalassa Nursing Home
Thalassa Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 47 people, with 44 residents at the time of inspection, some of whom live with dementia. Staff demonstrated kindness, compassion and respect in their interactions with residents, who reported feeling safe and listened to. Staff showed good knowledge of residents' histories, preferences and individual risk factors, while respecting their autonomy and encouraging them to make their own decisions about their care.
